A Label of Quality

The vocation of the APRF is to create a true label of quality for agencies for permanent recruitment in the French-speaking part of Switzerland.

Established in 2011 by four independent recruitment agencies in the French-speaking area of Switzerland, Alec Allan, Careerplus, Profil Emploi and Selectus, the APRF aims to promote and defend the interests of the recruitment profession.

A Guarantee of Integrity

The Association has drawn up a Code of Ethics guaranteeing the integrity of its members.

The Executive Committee will ensure that the Code of Ethics is strictly adhered to by all its members. If necessary, it has the right to exclude any member in breach of the code.

The APRF also aims to encourage the participation in cantonal consultations in connection with bills, enforcement orders, regulations and prescriptions relating to recruitment professions.
